We’re covering two sessions weekly, each Tuesday and Thursday starting at 20.00 hrs.
You will learn how to move safer and better and also you’ll learn the 9 foundational movements of Crossfit in addition with other specific skills. What we tend to see is that our new members will first start to feel better moving through workouts and then they will start to see physical changes.
After attending 8 Fundamentals classes you will feel totally confident stepping into a regular crossfit class.
