Who we are?
Crossgym Satu Mare was founded in 2017 out of love for sport.
In all these years we have developed a fitness model in the center of which we put the most important piece: the man!
Do more with less
The main "devices" we work with in the training room are our own weight, free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, Olympic bars) and Concept 2 cardio equipment (row machine, sky erg, air bike).
Therefore, it is our responsibility to offer the best "coaching". Knowledge, lessons learned and practice are our assets. Your only concern will be to show up for training!

“Do more work in less time”
We quantify strength, resistance and speed; we have "scores" and answer the questions with numbers: how much do you lift? how fast are you moving? how long can you do it?
To be able to quantify and record the effort capacity of our members we use the Sugarwod application. There we record the results of each workout, but also the result of individual tests, so that we can easily monitor your evolution in terms of fitness level.
How long does a workout last?
Our trainings are structured on the 55' format, which includes the warm-up part, practicing and perfecting the movements, the actual training (workout of the day) and recovery after the effort.
The intensity and difficulty of the training are customized for each participant, but keeping the general stimulus.
All our training is led by a trainer and has a limited number of participants to be able to offer the best conditions for progress.

More than anything else, we put the quality of training and caring for people first.
