We’re covering two sessions weekly, each Tuesday and Thursday starting at 20.00 hrs.
The purpose of these trainings is to train correctly and efficiently, you will learn the basic exercises with attention to execution and form, as well as complementary ones that will lead to a rapid improvement of your fitness level.
After completing at least 8 Fundamentals classes you will be able to attend any of our classes.
