Cancellation and refund policy
When money is refunded, how quickly, and what happens to a membership you never got to use.
Who is selling
Asociația Sportivă Cross Gym Satu Mare, registered office at str. Fântânele bl. CF 14, ap. 8, Satu Mare, fiscal code 37397059, established by the civil judgment of 28.03.2017 of the Satu Mare District Court, decision no. 323/2017. The place of business — the gym where classes are held — is at Bulevardul Vasile Lucaciu no. 3, Satu Mare. The association is VAT-registered, and every price shown on this site includes VAT.

Paid online: you have 14 days to change your mind
For anything bought on this website you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the purchase, without giving a reason and without penalty (OUG 34/2014). Tell us by message to contact@crossgymsatumare.ro or by phone on 0742116610 — sending it before the 14 days are up is enough.
If you have not used the membership yet, you get all your money back. If you expressly asked for it to start immediately and you have trained in the meantime, we keep only the part proportional to what you used and refund the rest.
The Fundamentals course: up to 3 working days before
A Fundamentals place paid online and cancelled at least 3 working days before the course starts is refunded in full. After that the place is not refunded: it was held for you, and nobody else could take it.
Courses that start on an announced date fall outside the 14-day withdrawal right (OUG 34/2014, art. 16 l), because they are tied to a specific date. The rule above is the gym own rule and gives you more than the law requires.
Paid at reception
A membership paid for in the gym, at reception, is not refunded. The 14-day withdrawal right applies only to purchases made at a distance, which means online.
If you could not come at all
Wherever you paid: if for real reasons — illness, something at home, having to leave town — you could not come to classes, we extend the validity of your membership by another 30 days. Tell us at reception or write to us.
Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred to anybody else.
How the money comes back
We refund within 14 days at the latest of the day you told us, by the same means you paid with — if you paid by card, the money goes back to that card. We charge nothing for a refund.
Withdrawal form
You do not have to use a form — any clear message counts. If you prefer, copy this: “To Asociația Sportivă Cross Gym Satu Mare, contact@crossgymsatumare.ro. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following services: … Ordered on: … My name: … My address: … Date: …”
If we disagree
Write to us first at contact@crossgymsatumare.ro — most things are settled in one conversation. If we cannot reach an answer that seems fair to you, you can go to ANPC, including for alternative dispute resolution: anpc.ro and reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. Romanian law governs the contract.
