The information here is given in good faith and updated periodically. Timetable and prices can change; the version posted at reception is the one that applies.

Who is selling, and what

The seller is Asociația Sportivă Cross Gym Satu Mare, registered office at str. Fântânele bl. CF 14, ap. 8, Satu Mare, fiscal code 37397059, established by the civil judgment of 28.03.2017 of the Satu Mare District Court, decision no. 323/2017. Classes are held at the place of business, Bulevardul Vasile Lucaciu no. 3, Satu Mare. The association sells in its own name and issues the invoice.

What is sold: memberships with a number of sessions and a validity period, places on the Fundamentals course, which starts on an announced date, and single classes (drop-in), meaning a place in a specific class on the date you choose. What each includes is set out in the price list, on the course page and on the Drop-in page.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Romanian lei (RON). The association is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices. There are no hidden costs: the price you see before paying is the final one.

Memberships are paid at reception, in the gym, or online by card from your account (My memberships → Renew online), when that option is available. When you buy one online, you choose the day it starts, from today on; we suggest the day after the one you have ends, or today if you have no sessions left. You are shown the exact dates before you pay. A single class (drop-in) can also be paid online, when that option is available on the Drop-in page. A place on the Fundamentals course is paid online by card when you sign up, on the course page, when that option is available; anyone paying in cash is added by reception. Online payment is processed by Banca Transilvania S.A.; you enter your card details on the bank’s secure page, and they neither reach nor are stored on this site. Refunds go back to the same card.

Memberships

Every membership carries a number of sessions and a validity period, both shown in the price list. Sessions not used before expiry do not carry over unless agreed otherwise at reception.

Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

Bookings

Class places are limited and booked from your member account. If you cannot make it, cancel in good time so the place goes to someone else.

Health and safety

Physical training involves exertion and some risk. If you have a medical condition, an injury, or you are pregnant, speak to your doctor before starting and tell your coach. Coaches will adapt the work, but they do not give medical advice.

Follow your coach’s instructions and use the equipment as instructed. The gym is not liable for injuries caused by disregarding them.

Children and teenagers

The Fit Kids (6–11) and Teens (12+) groups require the agreement of a parent or guardian. Parents should tell the coach about any relevant medical condition.

Withdrawal and refunds

If you pay online you have 14 calendar days in which to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason. Courses starting on an announced date are the exception, and the gym’s own rule applies to them — a full refund up to at least 3 working days before the start. A drop-in, one class on the date you choose, is also an exception: once the place is booked, it cannot be cancelled. A membership paid at reception is not refunded. Complaints and governing law

Write to us first. If we cannot reach an answer that seems fair to you, you can go to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), including for alternative dispute resolution, at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. Romanian law governs the contract, and disputes are settled by the competent Romanian courts.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
